WTB 2 15x7 or 15x8 wheels
I need them for slicks. I know it's a long shot but I figured it would be worth a try. 5x114.3 lug pattern.

You will NOT run 11's on the stock turbo without a bottle on the SRT4. good luck
my stock R motor did just fine. you just have to research how to turbo a honda instead of idiot proof cars with reflashes.

Re: Coming out of storage
Hi guys, I just bought my 98 ITR last summer and stored it for my first Canadian winter. I have never stored a car before but I have a few buddies that told me what you should do putting it into storage. The previous owner also provided me with some advice. Seeing as how I am paranoid about my car ...

Re: kind of a silly question but what the hell
a lot of people worry about theft. I never did. I built my car to drive and drove it everyday the weather allowed to malls, sporting events, vacation, etc. If you are goin to spend money on the car enjoy it IMO. I had a total of about 50k in my R from the time I bought it, swaping parts, maintenance...

Re: oil leak that cant be found?
does it have a breather filter on the valve cover or does it still have the hose to the intake from the valve cover. that is probably where it is gettin the oil from, esp. if it is starting from the back of the hood. also I saw you say something about an intercooler keeping the engine cool. NO it wi...

Re: Guaging interest in the annual PA Type R meet
Sounds like June would work well for most then. I am down with that month. Can't think of anything off the top of my head that would prevent me from being available one of those weekends. works for me. IFO is really the only event I am for sure running this year and it isnt local til august 30th. s...

Re: vtec controllers?
lowering the vtec point without tuning fuel will do nothing. you cant just throw that on and it work well. also vtec wont "hit" as hard with the controller. with all the forced induction posts you have asked about you should know that vtec controllers advance timing when you take fuel out(...

Re: Turbo or Superchargers
I just bought a 2001 Type R and I am trying to decide on going with a turbo or supercharger. For example I can go with Procharger for $4800 full system and it gives 70-75% increase, or Jackson Supercharger stage 2 for 5400 and i think a boost about 100 hp, or a Vortech super For 5490.95 and it will...

Re: oil leak that cant be found?
it could be. do a leak down and compression test.
ps- if there is no spot it is burning it. oil smoke isnt black it is blue/grey. black is fuel. white is coolant.

Re: what does stock JR supercharger mean?
how much whp would i expect with those changes? and did u say i could get all that for 3500? that sounds very unlikely at least to the sources ive seen. hondata s300s are around 1000 dollars alone right? how much is the GT28RS turbo? Also i saw a place that had the GT28RS turbos and it had 2 option...

Re: what does stock JR supercharger mean?
id REALLY love to get the JR supercharger for that extra 58 whp. and low RPM torque, but i dont want it if its gonna lower the life of my car. from what ive read it wont affect the life of the engine at all. The only changes i wanna make to my car are to put the supercharger on it, get it tuned wit...

Re: CRV crank pulley on jrsc
I don't know a lot about JRSC'ed ITRs but it seems that the list you have is off for max gains. set-up b18c5 jrsc vafc- Oh no! Full programable ECU, no cheap way out unless you want to pop the motor. rc 440cc- Twice as big as needed. fujita intake- I never heard of it... get comptech's intake or Mu...

that turbo just cant flow enough air for that at all. S366XL is just a better turbo easily. they have made over 800whp

Misprint it is 647whp at 33psi which is beyond maxing out a 255lph pump. NOT SAFE!!!!!!!!!

Re: turbo able to put up 800 hp?
There was a Turbo ITR on the cover of HondaTuner a year ago or so putting down 747whp with a Precision GT35R turbo kit. a 35R wont make that much power without a bottle. 700whp on a 3567 is about maxed out. My friend just did 680whp on a 3567 at 34psi. S366XL is the turbo to use for over 750whp wit...

Re: turbo able to put up 800 hp?
my motor is capable of 800whp just not my turbo or fuel system. you would need a sumped tank and external fuel pump and a big turbo. my suggestion is a BW s372 or something close.
I made 450whp on 15psi on my set up. if you have any other questions just ask
