Re: Pledges for Ledges/Chump Car

Dave have you heard of the referral bonus for chump? I forgot the specifics but I think we could knock $250 off your next event. I have not, but I'd be perfectly willing to accept the referral discount!! Car is currently on jackstands.. next race is this weekend.. no brake hardlines installed (conv...

Yes, put a real cage in it. Something much better than the We Todd Civic (no offense to anyone :P ) and much better than an Autopower.

teh hotness! <- soft spot for CRX's. What does the roof look like? SI's are known for having sunroof rust. moonroof is fine... thinking about maybe removing the whole assembly and letting them take it back to lower the cost of the car and we'll have a panel welded in it's place. I'm not sure if chu...

Re: The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.

vCenter upgrade went smooth, only one VM with corrupt data, moved it to a host, then removed the host from vC prior to upgrade. Only other issue was vCenter installer refusing to see the DSN, ended up just typing it in and that worked. If I have enough spare time today I'll migrate my dev cl...

Re: The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.

Steve- How did the test go? Just missed it.. So it went bad that I didn't make it but I'd say I was no more than 3 questions off. 75% of it was "pick two" or "pick three" so that was adding to the brutalness of it. I've never failed a cert exam before but I'm okay with it being ...

Ouch, I'm sorry to hear...but glad to hear you are coming up. :) Well Verizon and QWest may have just gotten the Gig-E line working.. that was the item causing our delay.. Our data center move, MPLS implementation and Cisco phone implementation can continue now.. still pushing off the DC move until...

Its going to be my Christmas present to myself... How many things do you buy that aren't presents to yourself? I just dropped $175 in registration for my VCP exam tomorrow, confidence is low as I've heard from many people that it's pretty rough but I figure it'll help further studies if I can get a...

Re: ATTN: Mountain Bikers

When you go out for a ride, are you going to ride for 30 minutes or 3 hours? I you answered "yes" to 30 minutes, just get a hardtail... If you answered "yes" to 3 hours, get full suspension... Full suspension allows you to ride longer because the bike absorbs the majority of the...

Re: The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.

So I'm trying to confirm this morning, but a friend of mine told me about the BMW driving experience at the BMW test track in Spartanburg SC. He just did it and said it was $129 for a day of track time in an M3/M5/M6. They provide cars, you just show up. HOLY SHIT I'M GOING TO BLOW UP AN M5!!!! I'd...

Re: ATTN: Mountain Bikers

You can lock them for anti-bob. It doesn't become solid just stiffer. FS bikes are weird but you get use to them. I'd rock a FS if I did a lot of downhill I'm sure but I don't think that exists in Florida. On the other hand it's not like you'll be doing any real climbing on Florida trails so it prob...

Re: ATTN: Mountain Bikers

I haven't seen a trail in Florida yet that really benefits from a full suspension bike.. a lot of guys use them though. Your height doesn't matter, two different guys boith 6'1 can have completely different frame lengths, preference and you can be 6'1 with long legs and short torso or 6'1 and be lik...

So I just found out that a co-worker has a restraining order against him from his wife for Domestic Abuse. Do I kick his ass now or later?
