poping noise

There is a poping noise in the right front tire aera just replaced the lower ball joint and now it pops when its stationary turning wheel left to right. I can tell its coming from the right front but idk if its the cv or a tie rod it only does it when not moving or going slow or slowing down.

I would inspect your axles first. Road noise probably prevents you from hearing it at higher speeds.
