Here a vid of my CRX at the Florida PBIR racing my buddy's V6 Accord / he got me in 3rd gear by a car and a half. I think i would of caught up a little in 4th but he let off. Also if I didn't have my roll cage which should weight around 150lbs, i think that i would of smoked him. We did a 40 roll at the track cause i couldn't get a good launch without spinning the tires. FIY this dude's accord is running 13.0 in the 1/4 mile. Its super gutted with intake, headers, 3inch exhaust, bigger throttle body, bigger intake manifold, so i know am in the 13s.

ahh, drag racing. Not sure if you'll find anybody on here interested in that.

But yes if you live in the carolinas then there are tons of us on here, actually I'd say the majority of the people active on this forum are in the carolinas. either way, I'll look forward to seeing you out there.

These guys definitely know what they are talking about. I have a B18C* on stock internals with a Mugen Intake, Hytech Anti-Reversion Header, Hytech twin loop exhaust, and a Hondata S300 making 195 to the wheels. I didn't modify my car until I had a couple of years of HPDE under my belt. Went through tires like crazy, but I knew the limitations of the car and more importantly myself.

I would strongly encourage looking past peak numbers.

Yea I guess having a steady flow of torque & HP is more important
