As of this moment, various spammers continue to flood the site with junk. In response to this, all account activations will need to be manually approved by an ITRCA admin. As a result, I apologize for the slight delay on account activations.

This is a temporary solution until some new software is implemented.

I'm glad this is being put in place. I don't mind the extra work at all.

For site admins, is there going to be a PM or other means of notification, or a fully manual process to look for pending accont activations?
