Registration is open. Please notice that we added a $40 late fee to those who end up paying AFTER February 6th. We simply can't afford to rely on a select few to front the necessary funds for people that want to wait until the last minutes, it really puts us in a bad situation.

When: May 18th & 19th 2009 (Monday/Tuesday - Driving Event on both days, Banquet on Monday evening).
Who: Driving and Non Driving activities open to Everyone.

Event is a GO!

Registration - CLOSED

Costs:
Drivers - $340 for Track Event and Banquet on or before February 6th, $380 after February 6th.
NON-Drivers/Guests - $40 for Banquet
Instructors - $40 for Banquet - All instructors are required to pay for the banquet and will be in Pending or Paid status until they have both
1. Paid, and
2. Are approved to be instructors by the Expo 9 committee.
‘Confirmed’ status indicates that you have been approved to be an instructor. We would like to get at least 25 instructors.
Note, just because an individual signs up to be an instructor does NOT indicate that they will have ‘Confirmed’ instructor status.

Campers can enter at 5:00 pm on Sunday before the event, no pre-registration
Spots are $30 for the weekend
No electrical hook-ups
Shower facilities available

Please note that the ITR Expo is not being run for profit in any way.

NOTE: Per the track's rules, all individuals attending our event need to be registered. If you are not on my list listed below, there is a really good chance that you will not be allowed into the event. I need first and last names of EVERYONE attending the event.

I'm clearly a noob to your forum, but am a regular at 8thcivic.com. Are you guys not doing a VIR event this year? I was dying to get on my home track for the first time, with other enthusiasts from the extended Honda family.

Wish I could, but don't have the funds for an extended trip like that. Had it been VIR, I could have stayed with family in Danville. Believe the fact that I'll meet up with you guys sooner or later.

Edit: Whoever's organizing your meet, might want to let VIR know you're not doing the track day there. For some reason they have you scheduled for the same time in June, as last year.

Matt, most of us camp when possible. Should camping not be an option, splitting a hotel room with three others will help lower costs. If the time isn't there, fly out and just enjoy watching cars on track and hanging out with a great community. I can assure you someone will help you out getting from and to the airport.

I really wish I could join you guys. My Si is my dd, and I'm a mechanical noob, so if I came up there, I wouldn't have my handy "crew chief" to help me through things. I've also never done a track day, so I'd be a beginner across all the boards. Believe me though, I'll be following what you guys are doing, and will definitely meet up with you all the next time you're at VIR.
