Clicking sound when turning steering wheel
Clicking sound when turning steering wheel
So I put a factory wheel back on and now when I turn the steering wheel I get a clicking sound as I turn the wheel. The more I turn, the more it clicks. I had an OEM ITR wheel and cable reel. Removed those and had a Works Bell hub on there. Removed that and put a brand new cable reel and OEM Integra wheel on. I'm pretty sure I have it installed correctly as I've done this multiple times in the past, but I've never had this clicking happen. I took it apart last night and couldn't figure out what was wrong.

Re: Clicking sound when turning steering wheel
I would check to see if the SRS spool is either too tight or too loose in the steering wheel... Cant say i've ran into this problem but when I swapped my OEM steering wheel for the JDM SRS MOMO one I was curious and took apart the spool. It wasn't too hard to put back together.
