*If you get them done by the E10 guy, I'll take everything above in the kid's XL size - those were perfect for us smallbies this year! These are all men's cut, right? No womenz?

I want to say you need to contact Mugen Mike for those. IIRC he ran a batch 2-3 years ago and probably still has the vector needed to have them done.
