JDM ITR head light mounting question / missing bracket?

I bought my conversion off a front clip from HMO and a local member performed the conversion. However, the front end (grill area) feels really flimsy. I checked the ITR headlights tonight and notice they were missing some bolts on the lower half (shown here in light blue).

There doesn't seem to be a bracket where these missing bolts can be bolted to. The left and right headlight seems to be holding itself up by just the top tabs (show in red).

Am I missing a bracket of some sort or something else? To my knowledge, the conversion came with everything I needed. I'm going to be contacting my installer as well, but wanted some feedback.

i think theres a bracket from that missing piece to the radiator support

the ones i put on were custom made by my installer
