Steezy, how bad is the 223 prices these days? As bad at last year?

I think 9mm will be fine and so should other hand gun calibers but I haven't shopped for ammo in a long while

I believe 223 is less.... I won't be going as batshit with the ammo purchasing this time around though. Made for a fun weekend but just got a little pricey.

I've only shot it once since then.

Yeah... I'm pretty sure boxes of 20 rounds of the ammo I like to use for my AR is around $8, I would be more than happy to pick some up on my way out. Not sure how much 9mm is right now.. but what I do know is .22lr is dirt cheap!

Yeah, the screws on the buttstock are stripped so I have no means to clean it... I put like 40 rounds through it a few months ago so I figure we'll shoot it a crapload that day and then I'll just hacksaw it off that night for cleaning (it's just cheap plastic)

You'll be stoked on the P30

I will have an air mattress to bring this time, since I won't be using it as my main mattress after next week. haha.

I will bring the usual bag and mat combo...

I plan on bringing a decent amount of ammo for each of the weapons I bring down, where will we be shooting at? in other words how strict is this place and can we shoot some black powder monsters/high powered rifles?

this is the loosest range I've ever been to, there were a few people sigthing in scopes when we showed up and soon left after we unleashed the fury of rapid fire for a few consecutive hours.

I've fired muzzle loaders there before.

As steve mentioned, it's as relaxed as they come.

What do I need to bring with me?

Cash for ammo?
My own ammo? If so, what calibers?

I has no gunz right now unless I stumble/borrow one for the meat. I really want to do some rifle shooting since I've never shot a rifle. Will probably hit up a gun show before the meat so I can pick up ammo if needed.

Probably Cash for Ammo would be better. Travelling would suck with it. I doubt there will be a problem picking it up here. That way we also know which calibers will be here (I'll have 9mm and .45 ACP)

If at a gun show, that might not be a bad idea on picking up ammo.

cash for ammo would be better, but if you do have .223 make sure it's FMJ like PMC and not shitty wolf ammo.
