Only options that came with the car, is Gathers interior speakers and Air conditioning. This car has alot of history as some of you may know, and lots of videos about this car. The 98 spec features the HID headlights, 16" wheels, 5-lug suspension with bigger brakes, 4.7 Final Drive Transmission. The stoping power and acceleration is amazing. Car has no rust, no accidents, has been painted once before in Japan. All maintenance has been done, new transmission fluid, oil changed (synthetic), new timing belt and water pump. Car is also legit, with U.S. title, registered and insured.

Any reason that on the motor is states B18C? Is that the original motor for the car?

I know sometimes they have to disassemble and then reassemble JDM ITR's when imported. Just looking for clarification.

There is seriously no reason for bumping unless the listing is off the first page.

I have doubts about this statement. Some 98 ITRs came without A/C and they should be lighter than yours. Clean car nonetheless, is it properly registered here in the US?

Given the statements below, it is indicated that the car is registered, but is not 100% legitimately registered.
