understand which components are valuable to install on 92 Civic VX Hatch to improve handling

I think I recall Yack's Hatch that went to Pennsyvania & did well in competition had many ITR components or maybe was a full ITR swap into it.

Mainly, I need help understanding the bang for the buck or biggest impact for the dollar for the following items on vehicle handling.
