They're not rare as far as I know. You can still get them from Acura for $200 and the JDM ITR knob is $195. I just priced it according to what I've seen others listed for.

USDM isn't titanium like JDM is, right?

I've read both titanium and aluminum, but Acura calls the part aluminum. It must have a steel "core" though because it's too heavy to be all aluminum.
