That minolta is stupid, you just end up dominating everything everywhere. There's another GT race in the extreme series that's 10 lap races and you're easily able to lap everybody even when driving like shit. But on the plus side it takes barely 4 minutes to make 87k at Indy when you need to pile quick cash. The NASCAR races are a joke too, I was hoping things would get difficult in the "extreme" series.

Going back to a race that was/is hard, has anybody beat the historic car cup? that one is still lingering for me... I tried the race modded z28 and a few attempts with the '74 lambo and it's impossible to keep up with the 2j... any ideas?

I have not attempted the Historic yet. Was thinking that old Ferrari pace car would do the trick.

Nope, not yet. Was reading GTS and there are sites that show what car you can win for doing what races, and what cars they suggest for specific race events.

I'm pretty sure you can win the Ferrari and it's done in B-spec mode.

I'm actually enjoying B-spec mode. I can do that while I watch TV or something else.

My b spec driver is almost worthless. I had him do the miata race with a light ass miata with barely less hp than the rest and he lost bad. I did the a spec race for it and won easy.

I've read that a Race mod'd 70 Challenger will do the historic race. Hrm... not quite sure it will do it. But this says the Camero will do it too.

I've already got the Camero, and it's race moded.

Maybe 2 more races then I'll be level 15. Then it's time to get a zr1 and race mod it.

You can win a few decent cars in B-spec. Lambz, if your driver sucks, you are training him wrong. Keep his hot/cool gauge in the center and he won't make stupid mistakes or drive shitty.

I have been trying to go back and get my gold trophies in the licenses... some of those test are impossible to get gold unless you have a s/w... IMO. I have also tried to gather up the hidden trophies. I even rolled my ZR1 in its first race and I never got the roll over trophy. Has anybody gathered ALL gold licenses or gold special events?

My thought is to beat it first, then gold at some point

Most have been gold though. But I'm with you on the steering wheel.

After some more reading, seem the LP400 Lambo is the car of choice. Now I can't remember if I sold the one I had won or not.

Just wasted an hour of my life, played the NASCAR one, was doing fine and had a 80 point lead coming into the last race at Daytona... somebody hit me on lap one when I was in front and I just went into a constant spin enough to leave me instantly 20 seconds behind and ended up finishing 10 points behind first... gay.

The one that requires some sort of input, it's a fine line really.
