Who's the fastest N/A ITR on this board and what did they(you) run... N/A I mean factory motor (b18C5 or B18C-R) kept stock internally but allowed to have bolt ons such as intake, header, exhaust, testpipe, ignition, etc...
NO: turbo, supercharger, nitrous, bigger cams, etc... gotta be 100% stock internally.
Is it maybe Trey at 13.838?

Then you mean just with bolt ons, because cams are still NA

You know you could lower that time a bit by reducing some of that rotating weight... I would go with some lighter weight stock size rims.... you have will have a better time, and if you didnt upgrade the breaks, your breaking will be like it should.

My ITR is Stock internally, it has run a 13.68 @ 163.5kms on toyo street tyres.
the track wasn't that great, everything in New zealand is quite... crap compared to america
my main mods are:
4-1 extractor
buddyclub spec2 exhaust system with mugen muffler.
mugen intake
VAFC2
Exedy daiken organic clutch
HKS hypermax suspension
Toyo T1R street tyres.
hopefully it can go a little faster with a Apexi power fc, 4.78 final drive and a under tank straight thru exhaust.

I think 'Dropspeed' still holds the record for NA ITR, I could be wrong though, there was a similar thread a couple of years ago
