(1) I would need artwork to be done in illustrator 8 or 9 so i can pull up the image to see and create plates.
(2) I can tell u the best material for outdoor/indoors labels.
(3) just give me a quantity of labels, size and how many colours so i can quote an affordable price. thanks.

Crap - I don't have Illustrator. I could photochop the hell out of it though. Email me some details as to file type, resolution, cmyk required, etc & I'll do my best to get something done.

I haven't used Illustrator for years, but it seems to me it used to open virtually all picture formats.

If you want to use graphics for print though, they need to in vector format - .ai is the most common and its easy to work with.
