Official 2003 Expo Announcement
Official 2003 Expo Announcement
It has been a long time in the planning. We have worked with Several groups to find a venue and date and actually stumbled onto the track on our own. Nasa will be helping with running the event but we will be involved with every detail. Look for announcements often as they become available. For now only the basics are available.

I'm north of Baltimore. I would most likely be willing to check this out. I know of someone else who might be interested also (but he drives a Prelude SH). Does anyone have any idea of when it will be? Maybe my girl will have her R by then.B( * Y * )BIES wrote:Hopefully I can make it up there. (Spectator)
Any VA,MD,DC people want to set up a road trip as time gets closer?

Well, all the MD, DC, VA, (and even NC) people could converge up here, and then drive the last 136 miles togetherFBP ITR#00-0202 wrote:I'm north of Baltimore. Not to be a dick or anything but i thought this was Integra Type R Club of AMERICA. So why are all the Expo's on the east coast?

Re: Wht about the west coast?
Paul, maybe you should start your questions by asking where have all the Expo's been.TypeRPaul wrote:Not to be a dick or anything but i thought this was Integra Type R Club of AMERICA. So why are all the Expo's on the east coast?
Expo 1: Buttonwillow CALIFORNIA (west)
Expo 2: Ginigerman Michigan (Central)
Expo 3: Beaver Run Pennsylvania
The current treand is to move across the US from west to east in a 3 year rotation. This seems to be pretty common knowledge and well accepted excpet by people not willing to drive or fly a ways to attend. THe attemp is for it to be near everyone's home but that isn't realistically poissible. That being the case Montana should be considered for the next expo cause I am sure there is at least one R there.
2004 will be back in the west coast area so if you feel you can't make this one then you will have something to look forward to.
So to sunm it up, if you have a better suggestion on how to cater to ALL of AMERICA bring it up. Otherwise you should stick with what has worked
