I want to say thanks to people that let me drive out on track after the wagon finished her one session:
-Dave B: for letting me drive/ride the PY stunna machine. Thanks for letting me test your rev limiter. :crook: (sorry about that). Once you get that baby sorted out... H2 will be dominated.
-Marc T: for letting me drive the CW beast. Holy fawk that machine moves. I can't stand the bling! (glad to she she did well for you all weekend)
-Johnny (350Z (track)): thanks for letting me stretch the legs on your Nissan. That is a daym fine machine (in stock form) you have... enjoy it when you get a chance to get on track.
Students:
-Adam (EP-Type R): Great job picking up the track bits and working that car all over the place. You have lots of bling and you use it well.
-Dave B (PY stunna-R): spent more time installing Skunk Works stickers on his car than needed. (J/K) Good job with the noise maker. It made things hard from a communications stand point.. but you picked up the track well and took off.
-Nolan: '97 FTW! First time to VIR... and first time on track. :O Amazing job picking up the track info bits and handling the overload of info that was tossed at you. I hope your drive to Az. was fun and safe.
I hoped that I helped you guys a little bit.
I had a blast the entire time I was there. It was a nice change having the wife and son there. A hotel room > camper/tent time with Splat. (sorry Pat).
The food at the banuqet was awesome.
The beer nazi sucked... but as someone who has purchased a Va. ABC license in the past, I know why he did what he had to do.
The track was great and the weather was wonderful!!!!
I wish I could have stayed Tuesday night to see the Winston Cup Cars out on track Wed. morning.
See you at Expo 8 (if all goes well).
William
