Type R's in Charlotte,NC
I saw a great looking black 2000/2001 Type R today on Westinghouse Blvd. It did not have a license plate on it and the window's were tinted heavily. Any idea whose car it is? It had a JDM front end on it. Just curious.

Cruise Control
Has anyone ever put cruise control in their ITR? I am sure I will receive a few negative comments on this, but hey I figured I would add some spice to the forum today.

E-Bay ITR
I found this lovely ITR on ebay the other day. I asked the seller why they had a different engine and according to them the other engine threw a rod. Have any of you ever thrown a rod and then completely replaced the engine and tranny because of it? It sounds a bit fishy to me. Thanks..

Re: RSX TYPE-R
I heard from one of the buyers for the large Honda dealership here in town ( Charlotte,NC) that we should see a Civic Type R this fall or spring (04). I guess we will see if he is full of sh*t or not.

ITR
I am the only crazy one that thinks that Acura/Honda has dropped the ball on installing arm rests for their replacement for the Integra. ie the RSX. I went and looked at a 2002 RSX Type S this weekend and was disappointed in the interior and the engine itself. The two Type R's that I have driven wer...

98 ITR
I found a 98 ITR to buy, but I believe the guy is asking way to much for it. It has low miles on it ( 34k) but he is asking $19,000 for it. The NADA retail price is $14,825. Do you think he will budge on his price? Any tips?

Security System
I am looking at purchasing an ITR in the near future, but I live in an apartment complex with no garage. Hence I would need a security system of some sort. Any suggestions? I looked to see if Charlotte has any Lo-Jack dealers and they do not. Any information would be great.

Anyone know of a great mechanic in the Charlotte, NC area? I am looking at purchasing a 2000-2001 ITR in the next six to twelve months. Any tips on buying an ITR to pass on? Thanks for the help.
