my latest 1320 run

2.3680 60ft
6.4578 330ft
9.7480 1/8et
74.58 1/8mph
12.5782 1000et
86.76 1000mph
14.9600 1/4et
94.22 1/4mph

runs are best 14.9 slowest 15.1 all day long

launch at 2500 with partial spin if launch even 2700 complete wheel spin. Ive been told by locals this strip isn't that well maintain so people tend to run slower here then others strips around here. Tires currently on are Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2. Plans for better traction are for upsizing from factory rims to get some better tires BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW-2 or g-Force T/A Drag Radial also i'm thinking about Falken Azenis RT-615 and also Fullrace traction bars i've look at on kingmotorsports is calling my name. What are your rim and tire setup? Is it farfetch to want to be in vtec coming off the line?

I raced a crx with an jdm sir motor he had no other mods but we were pretty much even we could've pass each other cookies if we wanted too. I notice every time I chirp a gear he pulls a little. Like going to 2nd i'll chirp he pulls ahead an arm then going to 3rd I chirp again he pulls ahead again but after third i'll start creeping on him to 4th i finish the 1/4 in forth so in 4th gear he's at my rear seat. We're usually .1 off from each others time. I figure with better tires i'll get better traction and will eliminate the chirps.

I went to a different strip and ran 14.58 off the first run. All the post I read around here and han on TRACK CONDITION may play a role in slower time just about knock me to the ground. I always run MoKan and could net no better times then 14.9 with bolt ons. Then a friend invited me to Ozark International raceway 14.5 first run WOW same setup different strip. Ok Ozark newly laid strip vs MoKan needing a little overhaul just a little. With good rubber=higher launch=lower 60ft I'll be gona be kissing 14 well I hope.

Another update, I played with tire pressure a little around 25psi still same set up with Exalto pe2 195/55-15. My views on the 1320 has change alot since last year hope to keep on growing. My N/A runs usually at 14.2 with 2.3 60ft now launching at 3k-3200rpm dropping the clutch spinning off the line as the wheel catches. Running at Ozark International Raceway. I've only hit two 2.2 60ft this one is the best I've done on these tires.

2.2616 60ft
6.1016 330ft
9.2441 1/8et
78.85 1/8mph
11.9489 1000et
88.74 1000mph

A vid of a 14.1 run I was line up with a wrx. wrx driver said he was slipping, had a bad clutch and wasn't use to the car yet. He gave up at the 1/8.

This was at MoKan dragway fundrags.

Update! New times
Camaro-----------------b18c5ness
2.2919------60ft--------2.1270
5.9609------330ft-------5.9594
8.8911------1/8et-------9.0706
85.55-------1/8mph------79.45
11.4413-----1000ft-------11.7461
95.46--------1000mph----89.30
13.4656------1/4et-------13.8736
104.19-------1/4mph------100.09

Same setup as above except where noted->running exhaust up to the front rear axle or no axle back exhaust and lowered tire pressure to 24psi and weather was very cool/cold. Watch the vid below keep an eye on the Camaro rear wheel too much load for a preload launch causing the wheel to spin giving me the win! Well it was a test&tune run no winners or losers but I did get a new best allmotor run for myself with true street tire untune and with no piggy back! SEAT-TIME does wonders been trying to run every friday night test and tune for a year now.

12s, I'm going to need over 200whp. I will be getting slicks to help out on the traction.

Well I'm only 5'7 150lb. That should help out a lot.

Wow I'm 5'9 145-150 lbs (depends on how much I eat) no wonder we ran close time, I'm planning to run slicks and getting my setup tune for next season.

Nothing new still factory tune, virgin head and block. Looking to go crome or hondata I need to see what kind of budget I'll have for next season. I hope to get wheels, slicks, ecu and tuning done for i/h/e. I would like to see my chart to see why i'm hitting 13.7-8 with a basic setup.
