the tires might not be new actually. They could be 10yrs old and he just puts those wheels on to drive into the "show championship get together park fest OMG look at my tits cuz my car don't function" meet, show......extravaganza...... It's not like they'd ever get worn only getting 2 miles on them a year and the stickers would never touch the ground anyway.
