need title and parts recomendations

hey everyone im new to the site but need some help ive got a spec 98 rhd itr directly from japan however the guy who sold it to me wasnt the last registered owner and the bill of sale was crap now i need to get a new title but the dmv has no record of it in nv.any help would be appriciated as for parts its a rhd itr and cant find carpet seats or door panels thanx guys
