ELD Circuit High Input

Anybody know what the heck this means? check engine light is on, and This is the code it's spitting out. Also. anybody know where the speed sensors on our cars are located? My Check Engine Light also says i got a bad speed sensor. Agh

Found the speed sensor. Just still trying to figure out the ELD Circuit high Input Problem. no suggestions aye?

ELD is in the fuse box. ELD code could either be ELD is abd or bad ECU. Code 20 right. As far a speed sensor alot of times when people detail their engine water gets down in the plug and sits in there and screws with the pin connections. Un plug it and clean the connections and reset the ECU and drive it. It should clear up the problem. It could also tie into the ELD not working properly if there is a short at the VSS.
