ITRCA

I own a 2001 ITR PY #0864. I have been trying to register it over here on and off for the last month or so. Everytime I attempt to register it I get this error message.

Error could not contact the database!

Does anyone know if I am doing something incorrectly or is this feature just down at the moment. Thanks for any help. It is much appreciated.

Hey all, I've been busy working at work and with trying to find a place to live after work. once my search for a place to live is over I'll work on this problem.
