?? Best Color - JDM Front Seats ??

Post by SERPENT »

Folks,

I need your suggestion(s). What would be the all-time best and famous JDM seat color for a CW ITR?

Thanks..

How much do these seats sell for? Used or Brand New?
Many speculate that the stock USDM ones in these ITRs are made by the same company that makes Recaro seats. Is this true?

What's the ride comfort rate on these JDM seats compared to the stock ones we have now, Chief? Is it worth buying these seats..

They are def more comfortable, but keep in mind that they are narrower and the bolsters are higher than the USDM seats.

btw, I prefer the red ones.
Dave's right about discolouration, though.....

And that concludes my $0.02
:P

the comfortable stylish seats do weigh more... I don't know how much but I have heard a substantial amount. If you care.

And black fades to purple...

As a owner of the Red Recaros, if I had to do it over again I would probably get the Blue Recaros from a DC5.

Yes red does fade to pink, but black fades to a unequally attractive smoke grey. I have had my red recaros for almost 3 years and they have not faded (at least to me anyways). If you don't let your car bake your red seats should be fine. I live in Washington and its only reasonably warm 2 months out of the year.... so thake that for what its worth.
