Re: thinking about getting rid of the s2000 for type-r

I had both. Really depends on what you're after. The S2000 is faster. Period. Straight line, auto-x and track. Doesn't necessarily mean more fun, though. The big thing with most people will be the practicality issue. However, you already have that covered with the TSX (and I really wouldn't daily dr...

Re: s2000 oil filter

I agree with Markusirealius01. If you've got Amsoil oil, get their Ea filter, too. That's what I have in my Tacoma.

On my DC4, I run dino and use Purolator filters and/or OEM.

Re: 6'7" and looking for a daily driver

While I'm not anywhere near your size, I DD my R. Not really want I want to do with it, but with 35mpg and plenty of room it is good transportation :P I'm glad I live in the sticks now ;) But even when I lived in Brooklyn NY I still drove it and parked it everywhere. Just make sure you get it prope...

Re: 6'7" and looking for a daily driver

I would steer you away from getting an R as a daily driver. Yes, people do DD them, but doesn't mean it's the best idea. Too many thieves lurking around. No creature comforts for a daily. Rough suspension. Etc. I'd get a GSR or an RSX as a daily.

Re: What Tire brand do you prefer

I used Azenis RT615 on the track with good results. On the streets, I absolutely loved the Bridgestone RE010's (OEM 195/55/15). I liked the old BS RE730/750's, too.

WTB: ITR stock suspension (struts, springs and LCA's only)

I'm looking for stock springs, struts and LCA's in good condition (from an ITR, of course). Let me know if you have any. Thanks.

Has this car ever been in an accident? Do you have the stock parts? (springs, strut bars, wheels, etc.) Are you the original owner?

Re: 2001 FB ITR For sale in Ohio Lots of pics

A few questions:

What happened to the OEM emblems?

Do you have the stock parts? (Intake, header, suspension, etc.)

Clean title?

Original owner?

Wish my 4Runner was sold.

Wanna trade? Good luck with the sale and the new P-Car. If my car sells, I'll definitely contact you.

BTW, do you have any of the stock parts? (steering wheel, springs, swap bar, etc.)

And where are you located? How many owners before you?

Thanks.

I've never seen one of those before. Some kind of optional mat available from the dealer? At any rate...it didn't come stock with the car and I don't have it. Nor have I ever seen anyone with it. Sure does look nice, though! It was a factory option, like the fog lights, body kit, etc. Not too many ...

I found out the car has something crazy like under 15k miles. I guess he won't sell it. Not even to his old son. Guy is in his 60s and use to work for Honda supposedly. My buddy said he MIGHT take $20k. Seems nuts for a car I want to drive everyday and that is already 10 years old! That's awesome. ...

Also, just out of curiosity, how come you're selling the R and not the GSR?
