Expo 4: BeaveRun Rules!!

Post by Trey »

In true BeaveRun fashion they have come trhough for us in the pinch. For those of you that are not aware we reserved Summit Point's Shenandoah Circuit and they are having diviculity delivering on what they promised (completed track). I spoke with BeaveRun today and they would LOVE to have us back!!

Unfortunately for us we waited too long so our choice of dates is slim. July 3/4 is a weekend (& holiday) option or we have July 23/24 which is a Friday/Saturday option. Remember you have to take time off to drive either way for the most part. please let me know which date works better for you guys and also if there are any large scale conflicts.

Does anyone feel the 4th of july Holiday is a problem?

If we have to go back, that will probably work on with either date. I know choices are slim.

You always seem to get us covered - nice job!

I don't mind either, but I have a feeling the turn out will suck donkey balls if its held on the 4th.

If possible, choose a date other than the July 4th holiday. I'll be available, just that I know a lot of people go out of town or have family committment on that day.

Thanks Trey!

23rd/24th is probably better than the holiday weekend for most (at least for me it is...). BeaveRun rules - I can't wait to go back!

Time for some SERIOUS camping :D

I don't check this site too often, but I'll be checking in to see about hotel reservations. I just cancelled the ones for VA. The 23/24 is better for me :)

So Trey...what was the final outcome of the conversation concerning Summit Point? I would still love to go if the venue and date change, however it's going to take me quite a bit of time going up the corporate ladder for approvals.

No word at all from Summit so i called our freinds at BeaveRun as a preventative measure. I don't feel optimistic about Summit but I do agree I hate for it to move again and was looking forwards to the new track!

I suspect we will do a partial refund if we move to the Beaver.

I say the 23/24 would prob work best for me and most others. That would be one hell of a July fourth bash though. :D

if its moved:

I think a lot of the R Speed guys are hitting up Watkins, and that would make up a decent handful of attendence at the Expo, so the end of July is probably best.
