They went to work on my engine. I thought I would be on the streets seeking revenge in weeks. But months later my car was completed and on the dyno getting broken in and tuned when my car started blowing white smoke out the tailpipe we said "new build we'll still run it" so I did a pull on the dyno and the smoke was coming out alot. so we stopped the dyno turned off the car checked the spark plugs and pistons *bam* blown headgasket. Damn what the hell all that work my car was supposed to be almost bulletproof. Turns out my darton Sleeves had sunk in the block .005's of an inch and the block wasn't level. (Darton didn't install the sleeves the shop sent it out to some dumb **** who did local work of this type in which I told the mechanics first off to send it to Darton, and tell me when you decide to make decisions for me.) we sent it back to this blockhead where he made sure my sleeves we're snug in the block and decked my block makin sure it was straight . so another Rebuild later I take it out of the shop drive it home keeping the R's underneath 4krpm and 2 days later bring it to another shop to get tuned. I was nervous as all hell and worried my car would blow up and embarass me cause all these guys were watching my car getting dynoed on a Mustnag Dyno. It ran well
and we just got the A/F in the right state to be tuned and I must have did like 5-8 pulls without shutting off the car and pulled of 250hp I forgot the tq I'll go back and get the info, but it took a while to get it right but thats a lot considering a mustang dyno and how conservative they are with horsepower. I hear that a mustang dyno gives lower hp then what you really running on the street, but anyway my car is back on the street and my ITR is holy shitballs fast for me there is still ALOT of room for more tunning, (It was holding 20 pounds of boost already on the dyno) . it took along time but now i'm glad it's done. btw if you live in Minnesota and own an import or domestic stay away from John Haley Motorsports if you want the rundown I'll explain it later but i'm glad I got my car back
