I own a 2001 ITR PY #0864. I have been trying to register it over here on and off for the last month or so. Everytime I attempt to register it I get this error message.

Error could not contact the database!
Does anyone know if I am doing something incorrectly or is this feature just down at the moment. Thanks for any help. It is much appreciated.
