I recently just dyno'ed my ITR
Mods;
AEM cold air
Blox manifold / stock ITR TB
Cheap DC headers ( i know i need to upgrade )
Skunk2 valve train
Skunk2 stage 2 cams / stock sprockets
JDM b16 piston/rod assembly
ITR crank
Blox fuel reg
stock fuel injectors
Stock exhaust ( im thinking this may be 1 of my probs )
I made 134 to the wheels and 174 HP....
shouldnt i be making more?

That sounds about right for power. It doesn't appear that you were tuning, just doing a dyno run to see where you were at.
A lot influences power though. Coolant temps, air temps, elevation, type of dyno, etc.
Although I am not an expert on this, I have a feeling that with JDM B16 pistons you would really need to retune since you are running higher compression. I don't think that the stock USDM ecu is going to be adequate anymore if you are trying to see power gains.
Perhaps someone else can share their opinion.
