I just recently bought a Used Type R in great condition but was missing a few things when i got it....now my question is what # my car might be its an 98 Championship White ITR and the Vin # is JH4DC2319WS00XXXX...how do i find out what # it is...any comments would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance~

Keep that VIN private at ALL times.
People can run the # and be at your house to steal the car within mins...
Once the Number plaque is gone, you will have to track down the last person who had the car and ask. There is no data base for the numbers Pretty much beat unless you start digging around. Good luck.
Like Rob said, the best way to get the # is to track down a previous owner who may remember, or even still have the badge. Also, it is a good idea to refrain from posting the VIN online.
However, I am working on an ITR Registry project and if you PM me the last 4 digits of the VIN (the chassis #), I might be able to give you a range of where your badge # should be. How narrow a range I can give is merely luck.
