So, what ya think of my latest achivement?
Just to let you know, those scrape marks are from the clips inside the plastic panel not some sort of tool to break my car. So don't even think that.
It's spreading day by day

There is sufficient evidence to indicate that the rate of increase in output per unit increase of input decreases as the input increases

Has that panel come on and off numerous times? I've never seen anything like that before. Stress cracks maybe. Weird how it started there

That's not good. Is that a seam between unitbody sections? Prolly need to get that welded before it gets worse..
Weird..never seen/heard of that before.

best way according to 30+ year body repair friend, is to weld a support plate under the effected area.
Jack's welding is not in question... place to do it is.

Well that sucks.....
Are those rust bubbles in the pic too ?
Is that part of the door sill rusting from the inside-out and causing the metal to fatigue and crack?
I am sure Jack can help you out, I just hate that this is happening.....
Good luck on the repair, and keep us posted

The paint imperfections have been there since I bought the car new.
Repair only when I come across plenty of money to do it right, once.
